Comfort Suites Southpark, Colonial Heights

I stopped at this hotel during a long drive along I95, and it turned out to be a decent choice. The staff, especially Ne and Daisy, were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth despite the late hour. The hotel had some nice touches that I appreciated, like the cute bear in the lobby. However, I can't overlook the need for renovations, particularly in the hallways where the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The room was clean and comfortable enough, making it a suitable stop, but I hope renovations will address the overall condition soon.
